Learn hair restoration properly, then help build Calibre Hair Clinic.
Ten minutes to read. The application takes longer.
Before you apply, watch Dr Ted explain it in his own words.
One position. One standard. A doctor trained until the work is theirs.
No chasing bloods. No ordering X-rays. Four things that are close to impossible to find elsewhere in medicine.
Work at this level is closer to architecture than mechanics. Thousands of grafts, each placed by hand, each visible for life. You train until the judgement is yours, not borrowed.
A working apprenticeship under Dr Ted, inside the methodology he built: contraction rate, tumescence protocol, graft geometry, TrichoLAB donor mathematics, and the advanced hair loss cases other clinics decline.
Fewer cases at a higher standard. Time to prepare properly, operate without a volume target, and do the work the way it should be done.
You are not filling a vacancy. You are inheriting a philosophy, with a place at the centre of what Calibre becomes.
We would rather lose you at this page than at year two. Read both lists honestly.
There is no shortcut in the training because there is none in the work. Over years, not months, you move from observing, to assisting, to operating, to leading.
Nuances in private-sector practice and patient psychology that the right candidate will notice and the wrong one will miss.
You begin with fundamentals under close supervision.
Responsibility arrives as your judgement and your hands earn it.
The end point is a doctor trusted the way patients trust Dr Ted, at the centre of the institution Calibre is becoming.
Dr Ted has developed an exacting approach to hair restoration. Where conventional practice accepts a constraint, he asks whether it is real. His clinical methodology considers factors rarely discussed elsewhere: contraction rate, tumescence protocol, graft geometry, TrichoLAB donor mathematics, 3D planning, and advanced hair loss cases that other clinics decline.
Calibre is the institution being built around that work. The models are teaching hospitals and craft ateliers, not other hair clinics. The ambition is for Calibre to be the place where hair restoration is being reinvented.
Dr Ted Hair Transplants holds Elite Coalition status with the Hair Restoration Network, one of only 25 clinics in the world. Dr Ted is a member of the British Association of Hair Restoration Surgeons, and was invited to join the International Alliance of Hair Restoration Surgery, which admits very few members globally.
You will help build Calibre to the same standard.
The standard is visible in the work.
Leave your name and email. We will send the application test to your inbox. It asks you to think, to show judgement, and to say why succession, and why now.
Doctors pay tens of thousands of pounds to learn this skill. Here, you are paid £40,000 to £50,000 in your first year to learn it properly, with progression based on competency.
